Returns will be accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery of your item. The returned item must be in new, unused condition, with tags. Please reach out to our customer service team at hello@browniepointskids.com to initiate the return process. Requests initiated after 7 calendar days will not be accepted. Return shipping cost will be deducted from the return amount.
